WEEK FOUR FIXTURES
Friday 9th April
Energetyk-BGU v Sputnik
The visitors are yet to score in their three games all of which have been defeats. They have conceded 24 shots on target and with the home side making 27 on target I can only see a home win here. Both sides are high up the corner league table with 17 and 18 won in their three games played.

Saturday 10th April
Isloch v Rukh Brest
The home side were well beaten by Shakhtyor last weekend and Rukh were poor in the final third in their game at home to Energetyk. Rukh have drawn all three of their games so far and sooner rather than later I think they are going to click going forward. I'll go with a narrow away win in this one.

Slutsk v Torpedo-Belaz Zhodino
The home side have one goal scored (just six shots on target) and have let in five goals in their three games. Torpedo have been solid if not spectacular since their opening day defeat to Dynamo Minsk. They will have too much for the home side here. Away win.

Dynamo Brest v Dynamo Minsk
It's been a great start for the new look Dynamo Brest so far with two wins and one draw so far - they rode their luck a little in last weekend's 0-1 win at Neman Grodno who had some good chances to score. DM have a highly talented squad who should be right up the top of the table at the business end of the season - However, Manager Leonid Kuchuk prefered tactics of going out not to be beaten instead of playing to win have seen some of their games both this season and last being slightly tedious affairs to say the least. DB will be well supported in this game - it could give them the edge - which will be a low scoring affair that could go either way. I think it'll end all square. Draw

Sunday 11th April
FC Minsk v BATE
FCM won their first game last weekend but only by 0-1 at struggling Sputnik. BATE won the game of the season so far 3-2 at home to Gomel. BATE have a much more impressive squad than the home side who may struggle in this game. A comfortable away win

FC Gomel v Neman Grodno
The home side played very well in defeat to BATE last weekend with Neman somewhat unlucky not to get at least a point in their game against Dynamo Brest.  Neman Grodno have struggled in the final third in their games so far but have created a good number of chances. Draw

Slavia Mozyr v Vitebsk
Vitebsk aka The Big Blue Bus have conceded just once in their three games played which was a comedy own goal and have failed to score yet. Slavia have also struggled going forward losing 0-1, 0-1 followed by a 1-1 draw with Smorgon last weekend. Everything points towards a low scoring game here so it'll probably end up 3-3. Could Vitebsk actually score this weekend? I think they will and will pick up three points. Away win possibly by score of 0-1.

Shakhtyor Soligorsk v Smorgon
On paper a complete mis-match as 2021 Champions take on the team who finished sixth in the second tier last season. Shakhtyor kicked into gear last weekend with a 4-0 home win over Isloch with 700,000 euro signing Dembo Darboe getting his second and third goals of the season. Smorgon won their first point of the season last weekend with a 1-1 draw at Slavia Mozyr and have won 23 corners in their 3 games played so far which is only beaten by one team (Gomel 25) so are not in the league just to make up the numbers but I can only see a comfortable home win in this game with Darboe netting one or maybe two goals.
