Consett AFC currently lead the EBAC Northern League Division One but are closely followed by Newton Aycliffe and Thornaby who have two games in hand.
One thing which is worth looking at is Consett AFC have played seven games at home and Thornaby six with Newton Aycliffe playing just two games at their Beaumont Landscapes Stadium.
The division is missing Shildon, Hebburn Town and Stockton Town who have all been promoted to Step 4 for the 2021/22 season. Shildon are currently 4th, Stockton Town 11th and Hebburn Town 15th in the Northern Premier League Division One (East).
