LEADING THE WAY SO FAR - LONDON COLNEY
The above alternate table give a good indication as to how big the gap is between table topper's London Colney and the teams chasing them. Wembley are currently twelve points behind in second place but could reduce the gap to six if they win their two games in hand with Hertford Town in third (by GD to Cockfosters) able to overtake them if they win all five of their games in hand.

Yesterday's results saw Leverstock Green defeat Welwyn Garden City 3-0 which was The Citizen's second league defeat of the season and their second in a row having lost to London Colney last weekend. Curtis Donaldson was the hero for Levvy scoring two of their three goals.

Hertford Town and London Colney have the best points per game average at 2.66 and 2.64 respectively.

It's the games versus fellow title rivals which are the most important so as the below table shows it's both London Colney and Hertford Town who have a 100% record but they have only played three (21.42% of their fixtures so far) and two games (22.22%) against teams from the current top eight as opposed to Welwyn's six (54.55%) and  Tring Athletic's five (45.45%). The table shows that Cockfosters have let in only seven goals in their other eight games played - the 1-5 defeat against Berkhamsted and 5-4 win against Wembley has topped up their goal's against column. London Colney have only let in nine goals in all of their fourteen games played.
