Both FC Baresi and Jolof Sports have a real chance of winning the Essex Alliance League Senior Division title this season so there was no real surprise that it was a very close game when the two rival's played each on Saturday 21st January.
The visitors took the lead early on through a header with FC Baresi scoring a penalty kick midway through the second half to make it 1-1. Jolof went down to 10 men with a second booking and it looked like the game was going to end all square only for a late penalty to be awarded - Have a look at the replay to make your decision if it should of been given or not?
There was also two yellow card incidents that were talking points which are shown below.
As you can see from the current table after yesterday's (Saturday 4th February) results there is only two points between top of the table FC Baresi and fifth placed Sporting Hackney. The game between Woodford East and Sporting Hackney looks a huge one next weekend.
